Sports Talk

First of all, GO TIGERS!! I'm not sure if we're more excited that LSU won or that Ohio State lost, either way its a happy day in our house. So here's the thing about Braden and I. We both really like sports and are willing to adopt new teams as our own. Braden, of course, cheers for the Cougars because he went to BYU. I cheer for them depending on the company we're with. (Honestly, sometimes I hope they lose just to watch the reactions of some BYU fans!) We love Kansas (ROCK, CHALK, JAYHAWK!) because Braden went to law school there for a year. Its nice to cheer for Kansas because they're always decent at basketball so we have at least one respectable team that we're fans of. This year they rocked football too so that was extra nice. We've recently adopted LSU as one of our teams because of the Big Bopper (AKA my mom's husband Bill.) My mom and Bill live in Louisiana and Bill went to LSU. (Also for another 4 days my mom is employed by LSU although considering the situation I don't think that's a reason to cheer for them.) Anyway, Bill is a die-hard LSU fan and its hard to not get excited about anything that excites Grampa Bill. Lastly, Braden cheers for Michigan because he grew up in Detroit. So now that you know which teams we like and why...I'll move on to our political preferences. Just kidding...if you know Braden and I, chances are you know who we like, and why we try not to talk politics in our house!!
